How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our items are custom made for you.  Most orders will ship within 2 weeks.  If you need your item sooner, please contact EventServices@kamansart.com and we will see what we can do.  There may be an additional charge for expedited orders.

How will my item ship?

We ship via FedEx ground.  We can do expedited shipping for an additional charge.  Please contact EventServices@kamansart.com for more information.

How much is shipping?

Currently, we offer free shipping within the continental US.  If your order is going somewhere else, we will respond back with a shipping quote.

I had artwork done at a theme park.  Can I get a new piece by the same artist?

We will be more than happy to send your order to an artist you have had previous experience with.  Just let us know and we will do our best to make that happen.  If you don't know the artist's name, a picture of the artwork and signature will likely give us the information we need.  If that artist is no longer available, we will do our best to give the order to an artist with a similar style.

Do I get to see a proof before the artwork is shipped?

Our artwork is all created from scratch by the artist.  As such, there is not usually a proof that can be viewed before it is done.  If there is a reason you would need to see a picture of your order in progress, let us know and we will try to accommodate.  Changes to a piece already in progress may result in an additional charge.
